At Flukesys Global Private Limited, we strive to provide our customers with the best of our service. Yet in a Case or scenario where you need to cancel the order for refund. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations will be processed.
1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
Before Your Business Case become Live: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been Processed and Ready to deliver. Please contact our customer support team at 93192 70033 to process the cancellation. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method after deducting the Operational Expenses.
After Shipment: If your order has already been Processed and your services are on to deliver or shipment Processed, you can no longer cancel it. However, you may return the item once it is delivered (please see our Return Policy below).
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Products: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Services: Refunds for services rendered are typically not available. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact our customer support team to discuss your concerns. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

Process for Refunds:
Return Authorization: Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team at 93192 70033 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
